Hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM. When you open the site, the host automatically stores technical data in server logs, for example IP address, browser, time and the page visited. This is necessary for secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contact

If you write to me via the contact form or by email, I use your name, email address and message only to reply to you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The form does not store anything on the website. Your message arrives as an email (via Gmail, Google Ireland Limited, Dublin). I keep your enquiry for as long as I need it and delete it on request. If a commission results, statutory retention periods for business correspondence apply.

Cookies and browser storage

The site only stores what it needs: your language choice (cookie pll_language, 1 year), your decision in the cookie notice (6 months), which hidden chickens you have found and whether the loading animation has already played. This is necessary for the site to work (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No profiles are created.

Google Analytics (only with your consent)

If you click “Yes, please” in the cookie notice, I use Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). It shows me how many people visit the site, where they come from and which pages they view. Google sets cookies for this (_ga, up to two years). Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Data may reach Google LLC in the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. A data processing agreement is in place with Google.

The basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw it at any time: click “Cookies” at the bottom of the page and choose “No, thanks”. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded.

External links

Links to Instagram, YouTube, Threads and other sites are plain links. You only get there when you click them, and the provider’s privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Just email me at the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
